REFLECTIVE ESSAYS ON GRIEF, HEALING, WONANHOOD AND RACE
I write from the particular towards the universal, beginning with lived experience and following it into wider questions about loss and grief, inner-healing, selfhood, relationships, mortality, and meaning. These essays are reflective rather than academic. They are shaped by psychology, philosophy, spiritualism, and social context. Some begin with a personal story, others with a question, an observation or a tension I cannot quite leave alone. Together, they form an evolving record of how I am thinking about what it means to live, lose, change and become.
